I believe we are at our best when we feel connected to one another and empowered by work that is meaningful.Helping nonprofits thrive, especially in the areas of operations management, financial management, budgeting, project management, staff development, human resources, technology integration, and strategic planning, has been the driving force throughout my career.I enjoy bringing order and stability, while leaving space for creativity and innovation. I’m adept at solving challenges. And as a detail freak, I regularly keep multiple plates spinning at the same time (figuratively, of course).
