Supervised 2 Physician Facilitator Brigade leaders, overseeing their teams, in addition to continuing to mentor and support my team of 10-15 Physician Facilitators. Manage all recruitment efforts for the Physician Facilitator department including candidate outreach, attending job fairs, and ensuring a smooth, easy hiring process for candidates. Implemented new systems within the hiring process for tracking candidates and conducting interviews.

Supervised a group of up to 15 Physician Facilitators, providing mentorship and training throughout their time at TAUC. Coordinated hiring efforts for the Physician Facilitator department including screening applicants, performing phone interviews, conducting in-person interviews, and ensuring completion of onboarding process.

Led teams of 4-14 associates, including clinical techs, providers, receptionists, and radiology technicians, each shift to optimize productivity and ensure excellent patient care.

Assisted providers by documenting their procedures, exams, and plans allowing them to focus more on their bedside patient care. Performed patient assessments, obtained vital signs, administered medications, initiated IV access, phlebotomy, and ran labs for patients daily.
