I provide legal analysis and counsel to the firm’s technology clients with respect to technology acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, marketing and other related issues. I Structure, draft and negotiate a variety of complex agreements, including technology acquisition, software licensing, SAAS and various types of distribution agreements. I also provide legal analysis and support to technology clients in Silicon Valley with respect to software licensing, SAAS, technology acquisition and channel distribution.Prior to QWCooper, I was legal counsel at IBM, with responsibility for providing legal support to the IBM Software group, which included drafting and negotiating technology acquisition agreements, product development agreements, software licensing and vendor agreements. I was legal counsel on a number of the Software group's technology acquisitions. Prior to IBM, I was Senior Corporate Counsel for the Americas at ILOG, SA.
