Lead a team of 4 Quality inspectors Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems, oversee inspection of incoming materials, ensuring incoming materials meet the requirements of the company.Monitor and measure on how processes are working and/or how we can improve upon said processes. Review and evaluate internal records and how the documents impact processes.Write quality reports, non conformance reports, oversee the non conformances are corrected in a timely manner, and re evaluate to ensure the process is working. Oversee non-conforming product and/or recalls.Report on the performance of the QMS (e.g. conduct internal audits, report on the results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement. Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection and calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.Monitor any changes needed on standards, regulations/laws, issues.Work in conjunction with production, and the quality inspectors to ensure the quality of the organization’s products. 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Current ISO/9001:2015, IATF16949, TS16949 and AS9100 (D) certification.
