• Utilize online resources such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Jigsaw, LinkedIn, Facebook to identify creative and innovative approaches to sourcing and recruiting diverse talent.• Service, maintain, analyze, and audit accounts including the County and City of Los Angeles Contracts to ensure client retention and satisfaction• Interview 10+ candidates per week to maintain an active pipeline of professionals and obtain work history, job skills, career goals and salary requirements• Administer testing and facilitate, state, federal, and company hiring documents • Consistently achieve company standards in a fast paced environment• Manage to generate over 150K annually in total gross profit through placements• Manage special government projects that include volume placements of 50+• Conduct reference checks to verify work history and mange job ads to ensure they are current• Respond to employee requests for routine human resources materials including, payroll issues, prepare and file workers compensation, I-9’s, change/update personal information • Manage, coach, and counsel 80+ employees that are currently “on assignment” • Assist with processing weekly payroll and provide management with any required reports
