As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, I work with great teams of consultants and some of Mercer’s largest clients to solve business challenges and advance the health, wealth and careers of their people. I enjoy getting to the root cause of a problem, clearly defining the goal, and laying out the roadmap to success. I know that the best-designed plans often need to flex to meet new priorities, condensed deadlines or changing business conditions. So I take great pride in helping our teams think creatively, adapt with agility and deliver innovation to get the job done and delight our clients.As an Office Leader, I focus on client satisfaction and building awareness of the outstanding solutions Mercer has to offer in the marketplace. I also enjoy helping colleagues grow their careers, give back to our communities, and achieve individual and team success.Prior to my current roles, I led the Communication & Change business in the Mid-Atlantic and South markets for many years, helping clients navigate complicated organizational, HR and benefit challenges. After nearly 30 years at Mercer in a variety of leadership roles, I'm proud of our people and our purpose and I continue to learn and thrive by working with clients and colleagues to build trust and get results.
