Worked with the partner to recruit and hire qualified candidates in the Brentwood office. Very quickly I fell in love with the industry so I persued becoming an agent. It was a pleasure working with NYL for the 20 months that I did.

Start up direct sales company. Recruited, developed and trained independant business people,built product awareness in California,Florida and Texas.

Recruited and trained independant consultants to own profitable home based businesses. Drove team sales while being a top producer. Lead by example motto. Region sales were 2.5 million at it's peak of success with 17 trainers and 1000 consultants strong. I also worked hand in hand with corporate on developing training programs for consultants and with the product team to bring ideas to the table for future catalogue products. These training programs are still in place and the catalogue still continues to carry a product line I brought to the table. One of it's most successful to date.
