A leader amongst OOBE, I help drive Operational Excellence through business transformation by identifying, planning, & strategic execution that will facilitate OOBE’s scalable growth. Within the department, I lead the Strategic Operations team, serving as a strategic project manager on critical initiatives, developing/guiding the project team, driving appropriate analytics, meeting project goals, managing timelines & working with leadership to successfully implement new processes, technology and/or strategy. Additionally, l lead the IT & Facilities teams through directing all operational activities & designing team structure for growth & a financially healthy business model. Through IT this entails driving data unification and standardization initiatives and clarity of direction and support for IT solutions that enhance business operations. OOBE IT infrastructure will be monitored, managed & serviced by this team.
