Education Service Center: Region 15 ProfessionalInvolved in the Teacher Incentive Allotment for all rural Texas schools and a regional cohort for National Board Certification for Teachers. I’m deeply invested in the future of Texas public education. My position works to support teachers in two ways. First, with the TIA Rural Cohort, I partner with schools to create effective systems for teacher recognition. Our goal is to get more money to hardworking rural teachers. Next, I coach teachers through their National Board Certification. I aim to build greater instructional capacity for educators through rigorous work and reflection.I love instructional design, training, data, and project management!
