I'm Mary Beth (most people call me "MB"). I'm a mom of 3 teenagers (yikes!) plus a dog, and a proud/addicted/crazy Auburn University alumni. I love sports, crafts, music, puzzles, travel, Ted Lasso, spending time with my friends, trying new restaurants, trivia contests (especially if it's "Friends" or "Seinfeld" trivia) and sharing knowledge and ideas with other people. I've spent 20+ years in the global mobility industry, the past 10+ of which have been in a consulting capacity, working directly with companies large and small to design and implement best-in-class mobility programs. I thrive on being creative and helping my clients innovate...I am easily bored with the status quo and truly dislike the attitude of "we've always done it this way". I'm excited by technology, and have discovered, over the past several years, I'm also a data geek (who knew?). I love solving problems, identifying and exploring trends and creating solutions to help companies deliver the best possible relocation experience possible.What do I bring to the table? I have exceptional interpersonal skills and am wildly successful with cultivating partnerships across various business sectors and building a strong network of partners in diversified industries.What do most people NOT know about me?• I auditioned for The Voice several years ago...I often sang at weddings and other events, and constantly had people telling me I should audition. So, when the opportunity presented itself in 2012, I stood in line for 6+ hours and auditioned. I didn't make it past the first audition, but I TRIED and I'll never have to say I didn't try when I had the chance!• I am passionate about change and innovation.• I am an avid learner. I am bored with monotony and get restless when I'm not actively learning.• I learn by DOING. • I love speaking in public, teaching others, sharing knowledge. I gain energy being around others and actively engaging with people.• I embrace technology and am always working to learn more in this space. • My top strength (Clifton Strengths) is MAXIMIZER.
