Marybeth Ubanwa Onyinyechukwu is a Nigerian research analyst and entrepreneur specialising in food security, nutrition, and innovation. As the Co-founder of Stedify, a pioneering food-tech company, she is dedicated to combating malnutrition by providing accurate dietary information, engaging workshops, and an e-commerce platform.Stedify’s Product, Education and Practical (PEP) method enhances access to locally sourced, nutritious foods, fostering healthier eating habits. Marybeth’s strategic expertise and evidence-based research have led her to collaborate with impactful organizations including UNICEF, Proveg International, Animal Advocacy Africa, and Tailored Foods. Through her work on the UNICEF ESARO project, she improved access to nutritious food for over 2,500 Africans in 22 countries.
