- Fulfill Statements of Work (SOWs) for enhancements to McKesson’s PBM product, ProHELPDESK and integrated applications, including ProFINANCIAL. - Identify and prioritize requirements for internal and external client enhancement requests, then design comprehensive solutions. Steps included testing existing functionality, determining front and back end development, database, batch, scripts, and providing use cases to address requirements and test cases to demonstrate functionality of proposed solutions.- SME for ProFINANCIAL, batch extract and load programs, claim reprocess, EOBs, Member EOBs, User Security module, and CMS Plan Finder file projects.- Experience working with large relational databases; including claims warehouse, table normalization projects, batch programs, and running queries. - Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while being mindful of SDLC and SLA requirements. - Participated in CMMI Level II Certification efforts. Participated in implementing processes resulting in greater accountability for all areas in our division, improved communication between all areas and improved BSA processes and documentation, including life cycle documentation and storage processes, peer reviews within the BSA team, design reviews with the Development team, and test case reviews with the QA team.

Job responsibilities included all aspects of managing a pharmacy software vendor company.- Overseeing pharmacy software vendor operations.- Customer support for up to 100 pharmacies using SOLID/RX, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues - Providing on-site training to pharmacist owners and their staff.- Publishing monthly newsletters for pharmacy clients. - Ordering product through distributors and overseeing product fulfillment to customers with UPS and the use of UPS software. - Working with insurance, CMS, Medicaid and Medicare help desks, and switch companies to resolve complex insurance issues (DUR, dual insurance, contracts and reimbursement concerns) for pharmacy clients. - Identify enhancement opportunities to align with organizational goals and develop project plans to implement enhancements.- Monitor Federal and State (Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska) mandates and work with stakeholders and organization resources to implement changes required to ensure system compliance.- Project Manager for all enhancements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, including problem identification, analysis and design phase, development phase, testing phase, release management, and documentation.- Led SOLID DataSystems staff and users in compliance with updated NCPDP Transaction Code Sets, HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule of 2003, implementation of Medicare Part D in 2006, and software certification efforts when indicated.
