My duties include planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies for the Garber Automotive Dealerships which consist of 24 websites, 9 stores, and 21 manufacturers. I help create innovative ideas that tie web, mobile, email, search, social and traditional advertising together to provide solutions based on consumer insight and data. I analyze and report on results of SEO and SEM campaigns and create custom content pages for the websites. I make sure to keep all of our 3rd party marketing up to date along with the merchandising of vehicles. Another responsibility includes creating content for the websites for monthly specials for each manufacturer along with anything that the dealership is focusing on, making sure that we stand out amongst competitors. I go through the websites daily making sure everything is working properly and kept up to date. I use Google Analytics to filter data on how the websites and vendors are performing and make recommendations based on that data.

I managed a team of Internet Sales Specialists which included monitoring and maintaining all processes and procedures in the Internet department. I oversaw all responses to potential buyers through digital media. I prospected potential customers daily and maintained consistent rapport with previously sold customers. I followed up on internet leads and previous customers through our CRM with phone calls and emails. I established personal and team goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and created a strategy to meet those goals. Another focus of mine was providing sales management with reports showing lead generation and lead conversion. I also attended sales meetings and training sessions. Another responsibility was focusing on our websites and all of our online marketing, including SEO and SEM. I oversaw and handled reputation management, social media and stayed fully versed in digital media and all associated tools.

My main responsibilities at Countryside were preparing our guests for the Veterinarian. I would bring the animal and owner into the exam room and go over what we were seeing the animal for to give the veterinarian an idea before meeting directly with the client to save time. I would also prepare any vaccines and explain to the owners what the vaccines and preventatives were for and why they were beneficial for the health of their pet. I prepared any specimens for the Vet to look over. I would also take phone calls and set appointments and answered any questions over the phone. Keeping the facility spotless and making sure that all animals in our care were taken care of were top priorities as well. I would prepare animals for surgery and monitor the animals while they were under anesthesia.
