Bookassist provides both technology and online strategy for hotels, in particular developing and operating the award-winning and market-leading Bookassist booking engine for hotel reservations automation with PMS integration, channel distribution, agent/corporate interface and loyalty program capabilities. My team manages online digital strategies for hotels to maximise online presence, maximise conversion and direct booking revenue. - Management of an international team of digital marketing managers who deliver SEO, PPC, social media and metasearch marketing to the hotel industry. (interviewing, set targets, appraisals, coaching and mentoring) - Lead the roll out of MetaSearch marketing including trivago, TripAdvisor tripConnect, Google Hotel Price Ads. Liaising with development team and key platform providers.- Lead the implementation and product roll out of TripAdvisor Instant Booking - liaise with Dev dept, plan staff training, product description. - Since my promotion to Head of Digital Marketing, I converted the department into a revenue generating department. - Production of annual digital marketing strategic plans for clients in order to improve traffic, conversion and revenue. - Liaise with sales and account management teams to ensure the best strategy is rolled out to new and existing clients. - Use of Google Analytics, Bookassist tracking code to improve design solutions to improve client website conversion. - Collaborate with web design team to ensure websites produced are optimised in terms of on-site Search Engine Optimisation strategies, usability and conversion. - Work along side the development team in order to set up and review AB testing results. - Researched, chose, and roll out CRM to entire company, including training and ensuring 100% buy in from staff. - In conjunction with CRM, designed new system for file share among account managers, sales, online marketing and web design teams. Improving efficiency.

- Responsible for the delivery of booking engine installations on client websites, with 100% accuracy. - My team also installed booking engine technology on affiliate networks. - Liaising with external affiliate companies to plan the installation on booking engine technology. - Reviewing monthly affiliate websites results to improve conversion. Based on Google Analytics results advising them on changes to the layout of the pages and improving user experience. - Liaising with development team to improve integration of booking engine technology, - inclusion of search by maps
