 Development and delivery of onboarding and sales training materials for new hires in the sales department such as Junior Market Managers (previously titled Assistant Market Manager), Market Managers, and Account Executives.  Conducts trainings and courses primarily presented to the Sales Team on the IFG sales/loading cycle as well as customer communication and managing customer expectations. Work with our Department directors to identify and track the training needs of the Sales team. Mediate across departments on the creation and implementation of new process and procedure SOPs.  Coach colleagues when requested by their leader to support them in their professional development and success at IFG.  Work with the Director of Business and Product Development on special projects such as SHOP and Salesforce. Performed the data clean up and back-end set-up, initial role out, and now continuously working with new customers to be added to SHOP.  Currently assisting in the beginning stages of the Salesforce implantation to the IFG sales team.

 Established, maintained, and developed customer relationships as well as identified new business opportunities in an assigned territory.  Mediated between the customer and our Production Registration team to ensure all documentation was provided to meet the country’s registration for the customer to purchase and clear new products.  Worked with the IFG’s logistics team, freight forwarders, and ocean carriers to get containers loaded and sailing to customer’s country. Investigated loading problems and dissatisfactions reported by the customer to ensure they did not occur again provide customer support through the resolution.  Continued the daily responsibilities of the Assistant Market Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.  Starting in early 2021 began traveling to IFG Jacksonville to work and train new hires in the Assistant Market Manager role in addition to Market Manager responsibilities.  Traveled monthly to the IFG Jacksonville office to be a support to the sales team there by assisting in their professional growth by coaching on the specific sales cycle processes.

 Supported the International Sales Supervisor in all aspects of the sales process which included, but not limited to: order entry, submitting booking requests with the internal and external logistics teams, confirmed and sent loading paperwork to the warehouse, and drafted and requested export certificates used for clearing the customer’s customs agency. Worked alongside the Brand Manager to ensure that our customers that participated in Limited Time Offer promotions received the correct product in time for the launch.  Had initial customer interaction through the communication of upcoming shipments, notice of any product shortages, as well as requesting the appropriate export certificates based on their needs
