For the last 9 years at MVCI, Mary served as the Senior Marketing and Sales representative to Business Development working in concert with field Sales and Marketing leaders and the organization's resort construction and development leadership, evaluating hundreds of projects ultimately resulting in the purchase and development of 50 projects with associated revenues totaling in excess of $10B.

Mary served in multiple leadership roles with Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Mary rapidly rose through MVW's Sales & Marketing Management ranks before becoming the first ever Project Director for a $30M Marketing and Sales Organisation within a brand that she helped create.Served as Representative for EVP, Marketing and Sales to Marriott Vacations Business Development working as part of a multi-functional team along side Architecture and Construction, Finance and Accounting, Product Supply Management and Operations. Evaluated hundreds of projects resulting in the purchase and development of 25+ projects globally with estimated revenues valued in excess of $50B • Served as Brand Team member in creation of Marriott Brand and selected as first-ever Project Director Marketing and Sales with first year sales in excess of $30M. Responsible for 120 associates. • Served as one of two Sr. Sales Managers for $80M onsite sales operation involving 80 - 100 sales executives. Marriott’s most profitable sales site. Additionally, served as Sales Director responsible for $6.7M offsite sales Operation with gallery in Marriott World Center. • Selected as one of 10 Sales Executives for Sales Startup at Marriott’s Manor Club in Williamsburg, VA. Promoted to In-house Sales Manager within 5 months. Additionally, directed all marketing linkageoperations in 6 Washington, DC Marriott Hotels.
