Identified on contract offerings, created orders in internal ordering system and worked with telecommunications vendors through to installation.Advised customers on small and large scale telecommunications projects and requirements. Troubleshot customers telecommunications service disruptions and collaborated with vendors and on site contacts to seek a resolution.Trained new employees in the Network Services division on the SOPs and best practices. As a coach, I work to improve the quality of the improv being presented and help the teams create more cohesive shows together.
