I've run my own practice since 1988. I enjoy dealing with patients who present with a diverse range of problems and symptoms. Each case is different and I always assess each patient accordingly.Earlier in my career the more common presenting condition was ‘low back’ pain. Now that people are increasingly more sedentary in their everyday lives I find that patients present with upper back, shoulder, neck, arm and hand problems. It is important to understand the ergonomics of your seating positions and adjust your chair/desk/computer screen level accordingly. Good ergonomic results will require trial and experimentation to ensure a good 'fit'.
