 Human Resources consultant in the areas of recruitment, staffing, employee training and development, performance management, and personnel systems. Significant accomplishments included on-site human resources technical advisor for federal recovery operations at the Detroit Housing Commission. Provided onsite management for human resources operations; developed position descriptions, performance standards, personnel manual, supervisors guide, and numerous policy memos for the entire agency; conducted recruitment efforts for major staff; provided employee training and development and generally managed day to day human resources operations. Provided course development and on-site classroom instruction at various housing authorities in the subject areas of human resources management and administration.
