Led the creation of SAP's first leadership strategy, which resulted in a multi-million euro investment for leadership development over a 3 year period. Under this strategy we have designed and are executing a comprehensive leadership culture change program and introducing a completely redesigned leadership development framework that will impact 7,800 leaders worldwide. Through our culture change program we've increase overall leader trust net promoter scores (NPS) from +28% in 2013 to +57% in 2016 and have enabled leaders to increase employee engagement to an all time high for the company.

Designed and executed initiatives that aligned people development with Global Marketing Transformation:- ensure that 90% of marketing employees have active development plans in place. - develop marketing's current and future leaders to ensure a strong pipeline of new talent and a highly engaged workforce.- recognize individuals and teams for behaving according to and achieving results tied to business transformation goals.

Established learning function for marketing organization. Created and managed a comprehensive curriculum to build technical capabilities of the marketing organization with an emphasis on building a learning culture. Programs included CRM, digital marketing, and managing agency relations.

Established and directed the Program Management Office for strategic business transformation programs. Introduced an accountability framework that aided in balancing short-term business results with longer term strategic goals. Led strategic business transformation programs for the SAP Field Services organization related to improving services engagement in software deals and increasing education sales as a part of consulting engagements.

Researched and established learning delivery channels for SAP Educations solutions for customers and partners. Included the implementation of SCORM standards in elearning development processes.

Services included instructional design, technical writing, editing, graphic design and production, infrastructure, tools, templates for the development of classroom training and e-learning.
