With over 10 years of experience in product management and entrepreneurship, I am passionate about building products that connect people, empower communities, and create value. I am currently the Director of Product at LinkedIn, where I lead the teams that are rethinking Pages, building Product and Service Marketplaces, advancing the Messaging and Video experience, and reimagining LinkedIn Events. I also co-chair Women in Product, a global network of women product leaders and innovators.Previously, I was the Chief Product Officer at Smule, the world's largest music social network with 50 million monthly active users and 1.5M paying subscribers. I drove the strategy to build Smule’s global music community and platform, growing MAU by 2x, revenue by 2.5x and content creation by more than 10x. I led the Product, Design, and Engineering teams across two global offices, and partnered with music labels, artists, and influencers to create engaging and viral experiences. I also advised the CEO on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and investments.
