Liaison Ii/Research Support Specialist
• Provide the following TDMSE and LDAS LIMS support:• Support labs conducting Toxicology Studies for the National Toxicology Program.• Provide answers to specific questions dealing with installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of TDMSE and/or LDAS II workstations.• Investigates causes and solutions to resolve failures in Update/Receive, TDMSE applications, and LDAS II workstations.• Use Scientific Protocols to assist Data Administrators with entering In-Life and Pathology Protocols into the TDMSE system.• Apply diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve problems.• Communicate informative information to clients and exchange routine or factual technical information and provide excellent customer service.• Develop TDMSE and LDAS training materials to be used during in-house or on-site training.• Conduct on-site and WebEx training for laboratory staff on LDAS and TDMSE operations.• Involved in the development of TDMSE and LDAS enhancements through role as the subject matter expert, attending planning meetings and User Interface overviews.Technical Writer for TDMSE and LDAS LIMS systems as well as the CEBS database.• Update all Users’ Guides and Training Documentation for LDAS, TDMSE and CEBS before each new version is released.• Create TDMSE Release Notes, Deployment Plans and Design Documentation for each release.• Create and edit User Guides for all CEBS database applications including CEBS Bin Application and CEBS Comet Decision Site.CEBS Data Curator - create SIFT files for data loading, assist end user's with CEBS application tools.
