I also designed prediction method for future expenses and profits for the 2012-2013 year through budget estimation, and advised directors and board members on budgeting and expenses management. I ensured the safe deposit and totaling of up to $5,000 in ticket sales per show, and managed ticket sales on a three-tier price level for a 67-seat house. I created and compiled house managing reports for each show using Excel, and handled email and phone inquiries from customers regarding productions. I also sent out will-call and complimentary ticket list each day to UTS staff. Lastly, I collected and checked receipts from designers of productions, and reimbursed these designers.

I directed two shows, Mr. Marmalade and Burn This, for the Undergraduate Theater Society. This involved creating a rehearsal schedule over the course of six weeks, choosing and working with a design team to create the world of the production from a technical side, and directing ensembles of 4-8 actors in a high-intensity, high-stress environment in order to create a cohesive production.

I created the role of acting instructor for this organization. As acting instructor, I educated 6-12 students aged 40-5 with mental illness for one hour each week. I instructed them on improvisation, scene study, and characterization techniques, while counseling them on safe, acceptable ways to express emotion and listen to others. I developed new curriculum for each class to foster a mentally stimulating environment, and through this curriculum was able to increase enrollment in my classes by 50%.
