CurrentConduct gathering and analysis of business requirements for clients, including for The State of Connecticut and The State of Massachusetts. Work very closely with our service delivery team to design, plan, and build ECM solutions suited to our client's specifications, ensuring strict project deadlines are met. Implementations include : FileNet & Datacap deployments, data migrations, and system upgrades. Responsible for running weekly client status meetings, developing meeting agendas and ensuring focus on completing all critical projects tasks, on time. Develop, build and maintain project plans, in conjunction with software developers. Focal point for all project issues and escalations. Lead for all client training sessions, educating client users on how to use software solutions/products.Key Projects:- Implemented online ePermitting solution (ezFile) for The State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), automating a paper process. Solution includes : an external web portal for users to input registration and notification data ,with integration to GIS and legacy systems; an internal workflow using IBM Case Management software that allows DEEP to move the registration and notification forms electronically through to approval; and integration of the solution with both DEEP's internal database and existing FileNet system hosted at BEST, Connecticut's Bureau of Enterprise and System Technology. This solution was awarded a 2014 CT Quality Improvement award (CQIA) Innovation Prize.- Project manager for automating regulation making in Connecticut. Solution includes : a workflow utilizing IBM Case Manager to take a regulation through proposal to approval, 3rd party publishing software from Quark (XML Author, a WORD plug in) and an external web portal for easy access by the public to the proposed regulations- Project Manager for Upgrade of Datacap Scanning solution at MA Department of Unemployment Assistance.
