Directly reporting to VP of Finance and Director of Human Resources. Working in SAP, Blackline, Eureka, TimeKeeper, Excel, Outlook to perform varied accounting and human resource tasks. Monthly and Quarterly Close, Journal Entry Prep and Account Reconciliation. Preparation of bi-weekly payroll, in addition to performaing HR tasks with adherence to union contracts and Personal Service Contracts as they apply to our six employee populations.*Recieved the GEM Award for Going the Extra Mile in September 2019.

Responsible for all Accounting functions of the business, including AP, AR, and GL maintenance. Provide daily cash management. Preparation of Journal Entries. Monthly Bank Reconciliation, and Account Analysis. Review of financials, with analysis as needed. Prepare Payroll and monthly Sales Commission calculations. Conduct talent search, resume review, and conduct interviews. Maintain Human Resource documentation from on-boarding through exit interview. Manage Employee records including PTO, and HR files. Prepare for annual external CPA review. Maintain relationship with Banking partner. Provide Annual Review of Insurances with provider. Communicate with manufacturing partners regarding agreement terms, and job completion. Customer relations where necessary with regard to credit applications, and AR.

Using Quickbooks for all Accounting functions; AR, AP, Payroll, 401K Census, Event Registration, Job Costing for events; Preparation for Year End Review and Tax Return

Perform AP and AR functions. Prepare weekly payroll. Perform daily sales reconciliations and commission accounting. Prepare and post general journal entries. Monthly account reconciliations. Review monthly American Express for proper accounting and documentation of expenses. Bank account reconciliations. Annual 401K census preparation. Review of internal controls per special projects.
