Developed and conducted Relay For Life training sessions and created resources for staff and volunteers at the community, region, division, and national levels.

Trained and mentored Relay For Life staff to ensure the achievement of fundraising goals and Society standards for all events.Managed the Relay For Life of Meriden-Wallingford (1999-2004) and Southington/Bristol (2001-2002) and established a Relay For Life event in North Branford (2004).
