I joined the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation in 2017 to lead IBD Plexus on data science, engineering, and analytical aspects. IBD Plexus is a first-of its kind research exchange program designed to accelerate precision medicine in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) research. IBD Plexus platform captures clinical data, patient-reported data, electronic health records (EHR), videos and images, molecular/omics data, and linked biosamples. I currently oversee the data extraction and integration, data modeling and normalization as well as the white-glove services to support research use of IBD Plexus.
