My responsibilities include stewarding existing donors, cultivating prospective donors, and developing positive, strong relationships with the Foundation's legacy society members and professional advisers. I serve as an educator both to Foundation staff and external constituents regarding deferred gifts, with the goal of familiarizing them with the language of planned giving and how the Foundation can assist with various charitable gifts. I assist in the understanding of the processes and tax laws related to charitable giving. I oversee the estate administration process of deferred gifts, working closely with a donor's trusted advisers to ensure that his/her charitable intent is honored. Overall, my aim is that each donor will receive personalized, high-touch services that result in meaningful and impactful charitable giving for both the donor and the recipient. This, in turn, will translate into stronger communities both today and for future residents.Outside of my work, I am a frequent volunteer in Milwaukee's non-profit community and I love to participate in active sports, including tennis, cycling and boot camp.

My work as a Trust Advisor included the financial management and oversight of complex high net worth and not-for-profit relationships. I utilized broad-based fiduciary and financial knowledge, experience, and bank resources to identify opportunities to advise and educate my clients and their families or board members. I updated my clients on emerging and ongoing regulatory/tax issues and looked to proactively recognize potential problems relative to their situation and provide efficient solutions. I sought an understanding of the human elements of wealth management and estate planning, recognizing that financial literacy is not all that is necessary for a family's success.
