I am a product compliance specialist and I have worked for over 11 years helping product manufacturers to understand the regulations in their target markets.I have worked with the biggest e-commerce marketplaces and brand manufacturers in the world on a wide range of consumer and industrial products including electrical and electronic devices, toys, drones, textiles, household and gardening appliances, industrial power tools, household chemical products, food contact materials, cosmetics, medical devices & personal protective equipment (PPE).I help them to map their obligations with regard to product safety (chemicals, EMC, radio frequency), labeling, energy efficiency, waste and packaging.As part of the Enhesa DART team, as Regulatory Compliance and Service Manager, I am responsible for the RoHS Global Comparison and EPR for Electronics Focused Compliance Solutions. I am a qualified Solicitor in Ireland and hold a Degree (LL.B) and a Masters (LL.M) in law from the University of Limerick.
