Symmetry Yoga is a unique, spacious studio, located in the Advance Pump & Filter building along Route 125 on the Lee/Barrington, NH town line. Students of all experience levels can practice yoga in a fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and non-assuming atmosphere. Symmetry Yoga is rooted in the principles of Vinyasa, meaning 'linking breath to movement.' Vinyasa, an ancient tradition practiced in many yoga systems, is a dynamic style of yoga poses (asanas); it builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Classes are often built around sun salutations, and the teachers blend their background with the latest knowledge to offer their own unique style. The style I teach is O2 Yoga, which is an Ashtanga-based, athletic style of yoga.

 Handled advertising needs for all major accounts.  Coordinated weekly preprint schedule.  Managed Direct Mail program. Assisted Maine advertising team and Maine advertising accounts.  Created promotional sales material for account executives.

 Planned and set-up all company meetings.  Assisted publisher with PowerPoint presentations. Took notes at weekly Department Head meetings.  Managed the publisher’s appointments and schedule. Coordinated travel arrangements for executives at SMG and corporate. Handled communication and advertising for community initiatives. Gathered content and created monthly company news-letter. Covered all switchboard breaks, lunches, and vacations for receptionist. Fielded all engagement, wedding, and anniversary announcements. Managed editorial payroll and vacation schedules. Planned and organized annual company picnic. Other duties included managing conference room schedules, dictation, monitoring the publisher’s email, and invoice processing.

 Performed outside sales, service and maintenance of advertising accounts in Downtown Portsmouth and New Castle, NH. Developed creative marketing campaigns and advertising layouts.  Provided detail-oriented customer service and problem resolution.  Handled major accounts such as Home Depot, Comcast, and Michaels.  Developed new business by cold calling.

 Assisted five account executives and Sales Manager.  Provided inside support, and covered territories during reps’ vacations. Assisted walk-in customers and politicians; handled phone inquiries. Created promotional material and media kits for advertising staff.  Managed payroll for the advertising department. Other duties included supply ordering, switchboard coverage, running daily and monthly reports, and data entry.

 Set up mechanical sheets for ad placement.  Prioritized work to meet daily deadlines.  Checked over ad copy and layouts for errors, and processed ad proofs.

 Gained invaluable experience dealing with the general public.  Managed several tasks simultaneously, while also ensuring that my customers were enjoying their dining experience.
