Government contractor; provided life skill educational services to active duty service members and their families at Naval Station Norfolk, Little Creek, and Dam Neck Naval Bases. Specialized in Suicide Prevention, SAPR, FAP, and Anger Management. Provided grief support and shipboard crisis intervention. Trained casualty officers (CACO) and provided resources to Gold Star families. Regularly trained 10-500+ Sailors in classrooms, shipboard mess decks, virtual all-hands, safety stand downs, virtual platforms, and two tiered auditoriums. Acted as lead writer on “Maintaining Respect in the Workplace,” a piloted evidence-based RAND research project that aimed to increase respect and decreased instances of sexual assault in the Navy. Facilitated TAPS/TGPS resilient transition courses for separating sailors and high-ranking retirees. Maintained government clearance working aboard navy vessels and in secured spaces.

Held position as a Life Skills Educator until contract turnover to Zeiders Enterprises.

Life-span ministry leader at a 400 member church body. Oversaw children, youth, adult, and elderly ministries. Hosted large-scale community outreach events with several hundred attendees. Recruited, vetted, and trained volunteers for VBS and weekly youth events. Regularly spoke at Fellowship of Christian Athlete events and at LCMS District Youth Gatherings. Conducted doctrinal reviews to ensure LCMS church body theological standards were met.
