AJW works with emerging technologies to create markets. I work with our clients to build a West Coast business strategy and manage their California legislative and regulatory affairs.

I was the Western States Advocate for E2. I worked on transportation, energy, and water policy issues in California, Oregon and Washington. I led our state-level engagement on all policy issues, in addition to managing events and advocacy for our four E2 Pacific Coast chapters.I developed campaigns to engage the business community on key environmental issues that have tangible economic benefits. I dug deep on research, led business outreach, developed advocacy events and meetings, and worked with the media.

I lead E2's clean fuel program and initiatives. This includes policy development for the commercial production of sustainable biofuels, research, advocacy, events and partnerships. E2 works on a range of legislative and regulatory initiatives, and takes an active role in the Low Carbon Fuel Standard. E2's clean fuels program partners with advanced biofuel companies to advocate for policies to promote domestic and renewable fuels. E2 provides both the business and environmental voice for sound policies, and our research studies the economic impact of various clean fuel standards. Environmental Entrepreneurs is a partner of the Natural Resources Defense Council.- Research: E2's Advanced Biofuel Market Report, a comprehensive analysis of the advanced biofuel industry's capacity and its ability to meet clean fuel standards. First report issued in Aug 2011, with follow-on reports in 2012 and 2013.- Advocacy: Clean Fuel Standards in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic, California, and Oregon, the Dept of Defense's Clean Energy Initiatives, the federal Renewable Fuel Standard.- Fuel Purchasing: work with public and private entities on long-term purchase agreements for advanced biofuels. Currently working with the State of California on such a program.- Events: Coordinating a unified business voice on advocacy issues for advanced, sustainable biofuels.-Sustainable Sourcing: coordinate with NRDC on sustainable sourcing of fuels and feedstocks to ensure long-term biodiversity and alleviate food scarcity issues.

I worked for the four hotel properties inside Yosemite National Park. I facilitated over 100 weddings and conferences each year. I was also able to live inside a National Park.
