The aim of my job was to work to achieve (or exceed) a set fundraising target by co-ordinating everyday activities of fundraising, comprising community, corporate, major donor and digital fundraising. The main focus is on building relationships with potential donors and executing different marketing and media campaigns in collaboration with kind business partners and major donors. Also, campaigns to engage community donors.In case of specific events I also manage and motivate a team of volunteers who engage in fundraising activities and always seek to increase the number of volunteers.As a sole employee of the organisation I make quarterly reports and presentations about fundraising progress to the Supervisory Board and ensure the organisation is kept within budget.

- Working with the client and the account team to understand the client's business objectives and marketing strategy;- Maintaining detailed timelines, project plans, and hours budgeted for project deliverables and key milestones;- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in the context of client expectations;- Liaising with the creative team, clients and consumers to develop media and marketing strategies and campaigns;- Undertaking research and analysing data using specialist industry resources;- Identifying target audiences and analysing their characteristics, behaviour and habits;- Organising different events (Rotermann Business Quarter, Uue Linna Päevad)
