The Managing Director of We-are-hr asked me to help to set up a new Training Provider Company in London. This has involved designing all the Systems, Policies, Processes and Procedures. Developing Handbooks & Operating Manuals for each role within the business i.e. Head of Marketing, Head of Quality, Internal Verifiers, Assessors, Administrator, Employers, Learner Main Induction & Training Handbook, H&S, E&D and Safeguarding Handbooks. Producing the Quality Manual, outline SAR and QIP. The emphasis is on total QUALITY right from the start with everything dovetailing together. It has provided an excellent opportunity to implement quality from the top down and implementing everything because it is what the business wants first, which will meet the requirements of Awarding Organisations and other Agencies as a result. It has been an amazing journey so far that is set to continue to grow and develop.
