As the Head of Engineering, I lead multiple engineering teams consisting of 35 engineers and technical leads. My role involves overseeing deliverables, monitoring progress, assigning tasks, setting goals, and nurturing the personal growth of the engineering teams under my supervision.As a founding member, I played a crucial role in shaping the product from its conceptualization to its successful launch within the initial 8 months.I spearheaded the development of numerous cloud and on-premise connectors, which are currently operational across hundreds of tenants.I have recruited, mentored, and led highly efficient teams that contributed to the creation of various modules for the company.Collaborating closely with product managers, I contribute to the planning of the roadmap based on both internal and customer-driven requirements.I actively engage with customer support to address field issues and effectively relay feedback to the engineering teams for continuous improvement.In collaboration with the CTO and product teams, I participate in defining and constructing proof-of-concepts (POCs) for innovative initiatives.

As one of the founding members at Elastica, I took charge of steering the development of the CloudSOC web-proxy solution.Initiated and guided the creation of the firewall log collection, anonymization, and transport module, known as SpanVA.SpanVA evolved into the cornerstone of numerous on-premise integrations and found deployment across hundreds of customers, efficiently processing hundreds of gigabytes of logs daily.Led and managed the policy module team, overseeing the introduction of new features and enhancements to elevate the quality of existing features.Collaboratively led the development efforts for the on-premise deployment of Elastica's CloudSOC.Contributed to the construction of various infrastructure services, integrations, and utilities to support Elastica's objectives.
