Mason concentrates his practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, premises liability, and construction defect claims. He is involved in all aspects of claims handling and litigation: preparing cases for filing; conducting and defending depositions; drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; and managing arbitrations and mediations. Mason also has experience regarding copyright disputes, recording agreement contracts, brand trademark infringement, and other aspects of the arts and entertainment industries. As a law student, Mason gained experience as a legal intern in several fields, including corporate litigation, publishing, and sports and entertainment. He also assisted in the representation of wrongly convicted persons through an internship with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project in Philadelphia.
