Work as a team to ensure quality customer service and complete various tasks such as monitoring admission into the facility, keeping a count of how many people are in the facility, folding towels, managing equipment check-in and check-out, etc.

Collaborated as a group to process invoices and pay vendors for equipment, parts, and services to help improve our refineries and improve the day-to-day experience for each employee. Also had the opportunity to work with a group of interns in Koch’s annual Intern Innovation Challenge to uncover problems within the office and find new innovations that will improve the lives of each employee within Koch.

Assist the members in everyday outings. Including greeting them as they enter the facility, helping them load and unload golf clubs from their vehicle, cleaning the members golf clubs, cleaning golf carts, and managing the driving range and chipping green. Emphasized providing quality service day in and day out.

During my time at this company I delivered medication to people who may not have had the capabilities to drive to the store and get the item themselves. We would deliver to places such as nursing homes and even personal homes. This job gave me more experience than I could have wished for. With it being my first job I learned the importance of hard work, honesty, and commitment. This job helped shape the person I am today.
