In this role I am responsible for leading the pipe band (40+ members). My main visible role is leading the band during parades on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, as well as leading the band during any event we are participating in. Behind the scenes, I am responsible for maintaining inventory of all equipment for the pipe band. I am also responsible the logistics of movement of equipment and persons to any event that the band is participating in.

In this role I oversaw and advised four squad sergeants in the training of incoming freshman in my company. I lead workouts during physical training, was responsible for accountability for my platoon at all formations, and advised my sergeants through different training exercises to better develop the freshman as the navigated the beginning of their first year at The Citadel.
