Here, I conducted diplomatic reports, and policy risk analyses and created tailored US diplomatic briefing materials, strengthening relationships between federal, state, and local levels. I also coordinated statewide engagement initiatives for the 40th anniversary of the Rheinland-Pfalz-Rwanda collaboration and provided technical support for community engagement, focusing on transatlantic collaboration.The second month was spent at the US Forces Liaisons Office (USFLO) in Mainz, where I played a pivotal role in diplomatic meetings with state ministers and facilitated communication by translating biographies of state ministers.The final part was with the Atlantische Akademie in Kaiserslautern.
