Current- Manage the bookkeeping in QuickBooks on a variety of accounts
- Assist with invoicing clients, tracking and billing expenses, and following up on outstanding payments
- Organizing company files, both paper and electronic
- Supervise the budgeting and projections for a number of small businesses
- Direct the compliance efforts for small businesses in a variety of state and local jurisdictions, including filing annual reports, establishing and maintaining business licenses, and keeping filings up-to-date
- Provide monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports to CFO for small businesses
