Campus Planning Advisory Board (CPAB) is a board within Northeastern's Student Government Association that acts as a student advisory board between Northeastern's student body and Northeastern’s Campus Planning and Real Estate team. We perform student outreach initiatives such as tabling and focus groups, we also develop and communicate student viewpoints with Northeastern Campus Planning (PREF) on various initiatives such as open space or accessibility issues across campus. We also conduct educational outreach events for students to stay informed on all campus development.

- Managed operations progress reporting across more than 80 communities, 25,000 units and over 100 projects of various budgets, complexity, and duration.- Input invoices and contracts from vendors into budget and tracking software.- Created various excel financial models to track and display project cash flows, forecasts, budget variances.

- Created bi-weekly executive reports for two high-rise apartment buildings comprising a total of 1000 units and distributed to senior management.- Created various rent roll, delinquency, market analysis, variance reviews, and vacancy financial models for internal analysis.- Conducted market research and financial analysis using Costar, Yardi, MRI, and other real estate/finance programs.

- Ordered materials such as concrete and rebar for various commercial concrete jobs in PA and NJ.- Utilized OST takeoff to create designs for reference use by company estimators and project managers. Created diagrams forconcrete pours and repairs, to estimate the costs of over 100 projects for bid placement.- Scheduled and organized from a pool of 500 people to schedule labor for jobs.- Estimated depreciation and updated values of company assets for accounting reference.
