I was a part of the genesis of this organization and am proud to be Chairing the Board as we enter a brand new chapter of growth and development.

 Provide multi technology helpdesk support for 650 end-users including new hardware installations, device management and support, software installation and support. Travel to remote offices and new job sites to set up new network systems and troubleshoot existing systems. Increase first call resolution by meeting predefined service level agreements and providing a single point of contact to improve resolution time and customer satisfaction. Document, analyze, and solve all levels of reported technical incidents and problems. Develop end-user solution requirements and training materials. Create a superior customer support experience by building relationships through problem understanding, efficient issue resolution or escalation, and prompt communication regarding progress.  Monitor log system to track issues and document solutions, generating reports detailing common problems and error trends. Provide after hours and on-call support as needed.
