• Ensure the efficient and accurate collection and entry of student and program data• Oversee materials and logistics, while coordinating the work of other part-time operational staff and ensure effective overall program execution• Facilitate start, midday and end-of-day procedures, including managing program technology, and coordinating student arrival, lunch, and dismissal• Assist in the creation of operational plans for distributing materials and managing the logistics of special events that comply with SEO’s Safety Protocols• Prepare documents detailing plans for each day of programming and communicate to all relevant staff prior to Saturday morning
