I am fluent with financial return metrics, often calculating and analyzing key metrics for clients such as Internal Rate of Return, Net Present Value, Net Operating Income, Discounted Cash Flow, and Pro-Formas. Though my favorite thing is arguing about HVAC clauses with brokers in Florida.I am a bilingual UConn grad with degrees in Spanish and Communications.
