As part of the Coldwell Banker Commercial, National Brokerage Corporate Services Team, I help to represent over 50 national/international multi market clients as the “single point of contact” for their commercial real estate portfolio. Our scope of services includes tenant representation, franchise services, private medical practice advisory, national market research, property/lease valuation and advisory, state and local economic development incentives and strategy development.Background is over a decade of Bartending/service industry experience, and I'm a gigging Musician. I am passionate about building lasting professional relationships and sales, and have leveraged my network to acquire Commercial Real Estate clients and pipeline of business. Key strengths are an ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects and execute at a high level, developing and executing the company’s growth strategy through in-depth market research, preparation of high-quality reports and proposal presentations on potential mergers and acquisitions and third party management opportunities, and performing due diligence tasks, including reviewing investment memorandums of potential acquisitions, detailed historical operating statements, contracts an d leases, building condition and environment reports, etc. I have experience analyzing financial statements, budgeting, creating reports, and assessing national corporate and or franchise performance through qualitative and quantitative measures. I directly manage relationships with multiple clients. defining our scope of services, keeping them updated on expansion in multiple markets. My role also involves coordinating with local brokers, asset managers, property managers, accounting, leasing agents, attorneys, title companies, lenders, municipal Planning and Zoning, and Economic Development leaders in over twenty distinct markets. I am fluent with financial return metrics, often calculating and analyzing key metrics for clients such as Internal Rate of Return, Net Present Value, Net Operating Income, Discounted Cash Flow, and Pro-Formas. Though my favorite thing is arguing about HVAC clauses with brokers in Florida.I am a bilingual UConn grad with degrees in Spanish and Communications.
