Working as a HOD Maths in the current position, I deal almost twenty-five teachers from KG to Grade 11(IGCSE) very successfully to manage their timetable, monitor their classes, train the new teachers, keep the assessment records, make the planning for the session, evaluate the performance of the teachers as well as the students also, conduct the in-service professional development programs, meeting with the higher management, to prepare the school self-evaluation report(SSE) and action plans for the session as well as term-wise also, to conduct the meeting with the parents, special care for the SEN students and Emirati students in the education process.
