Project: Sofitile beach resort Rasail khaimahClient:Al Hamrah DevelopmentConsultant:Lacasa Architecture & Engineering ConsultantsMain Contractor: Ashbila General Contracting Project Cost :400mDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • monitor, coordinate and supervise the site activities on a day-to-day basis.• Make sure installation is done as per approved shop drawings, method statements and as per company QHSE policy.• Preparation, submission & attending inspection of WIR’s & MIR’s with QC & consultant.• Submission of daily & weekly progress reports to superiors• Day to day labours distribution as per open work fronts in coordination with site supervisors/foremen.• Attending Civil defence inspections.• Attending site meetings with clients along with superiors• Monitoring materials stock at sites and initiating materials request.• Co-ordinating, testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.• Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.• Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site tests and handing over.• Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary system / plant performance in accordance with project programme requirements and specifications.• Conducting Client training for the systems at project location for handing over and close out of projects.• Maintain accurate project records; monitor the performance of equipment and notify engineers of recurring problems.• Ensure uninterrupted system operation,• Ensure schedules to finish on time to meet project program.• Log errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks.• Material co ordination• Operational in focus, with direct impact on outcome and results within job scope and wider operational scope.
