ACTIVITIES DEVELOPED: Responsible for the IT area and management of the team of three professionals (Analyst | Technicians) and subordinate to the CEO of Brazil. Responsible for the implementation of the organization's global policies and its suitability the characteristics of the Brazil unit. Acting in the review of business processes and implementation of information technology strategy; Elaborate and manage the budget of the IT area; Manage procurement of services and equipment, as well as third-party contracts, including software; Analyze communication solutions, aimed at reducing costs and improve the quality of services, and leveraging the use of assets (video conferencing, IP telephony, fixed telephony); Manage infrastructure services (networks, routers, radios, internet) prioritizing the availability of the services and assets; Manage projects involving feasibility analysis, decision to make / buy, monitoring of the term, costs and quality; Contribute to the process of closing the company's activities in Brazil, carrying out the entire phase-out of the technology operation and the contracts transition. RESULTS OBTAINED: Modernization of infrastructure and IT architecture, IT processes improvement, Reduction of the collection period of the payroll point in 20 days, implementation of an effective security solution.

ACTIVITIES DEVELOPED: Responsible for customer service in the commercial area in the states of Ceará and Pernambuco; Assistence to the customer in building technology solutions and business support to ensure TIVIT services and new business development and contractual security; Elaborate and manage a business plan for each client; Management of the results of the client account. Analyze technology solutions aimed at reducing costs, improving services and optimize the use of the assets. Manage infrastructure teams, systems and process analyst. To represent the company in negotiations with partners (consortia) and / or clients analyzing, proposing and negotiating systems and processes solutions, ensuring good management of the enterprise and the good business relationship; Analyze, build and execute solutions to improve the support to the works, involving studies of mobilization, acquisition of equipment, software licensing, infrastructure of the construction sites, training, evaluation and training of local service providers. RESULTS OBTAINED: Prospecting, analyzing, benchmarking and selection of an ERP system, with subsequent implementation of the ERP (TOTVS) in more than 40 business units throughout Brazil. Management of the development of the systems of control of result, management of works and management of equipment, that guaranteed the operations visibility. Evaluation, planning, negotiation and execution of the ERP infrastructure consolidation in outsourced Data Center, which ensured the consolidation of all company information, reducing the closing time of the results in more than 60 days, besides the time to update the routines in more than 30 days ERP (TOTVS). Unification of three subsidiaries involving technical solutions and analysis of the business processes involved. Reduction of 40% in telephony costs.
