Exit I Founded the Ceram srl, a design shop online. My goal was to create an innovative business model in the Italian market. I studied my competitors, their products and their customers, so I created an innovative UX with original products to create my business. I was in charge of find a new wholesale company to have 2K available products on my catalogue without warehouses. I created a web marketing plan with an affiliation network. My site had 100k unique visits per month from the first month. I was in charge of extend advertisers for my site. Moreover I was involved to manage customer service, engineering department and logistic.

I’m in charge of the sales department for the area concerning Lazio, Campania, Basilicata, Calabria. In addition to, I’m in charge of the customer service in the department, so I’m the creator of the final product that will be on the market.
