Responsible for the development of biomass projects (biogas projects) all over ItalyNegotiation of contracts with biomass suppliers, land owners, co-investing companies; liaison with Public Bodies of the territories; market studies, contacts and follow-up of offers of biomass plant suppliers, agriculture machinery and implements suppliers, laboratory equipment suppliers, quality control of biomasses and by-products at plant level. Site visits on sites chosen for construction of biomass plants. Investigations over agricultural potential of surrounding areas and feasibility studies of the overall biomass projects. Planning of biomass supplies from energy and fodder crops. Assessment of potential of unusual agro-industrial biomasses to be fed (as by-products) in anaerobic digestion process. Start of authorization processes for biomass projects - formulation of technical permitting documents . formulation of strategy on the biomass sector development and training of staff in: Energy crops, post-harvest technology, quality management, biological processes of biogas plant, use of digestion products in agriculture.
