I lead, plan and monitor the operations of the material management function. I’m responsible for the whole supply chain of the Pharmacy Automation Division, from the management of sales orders coming from the three regions (America, EMEA, Asia) up to the availability of material on site for the project realization team. I am responsible for: operational purchasing, ordering, order confirmation, deliveries control, material planning, forecasting and all other operational activities to guarantee always materials availability. I work together with procurement, suppliers, quality management, R&D, customer service, engineering and directly lead production planning managing timing and resources.

Management of logistic and stock processes : starting from rolling forecasts coming from sales and marketing or from needs coming from production, define purchasing plans for raw materials and finished Goods with worldwide suppliers. Daily relationships with all suppliers in order to manage orders scheduling, to analyze their potential production problems or to develop and analyze together new products.Manage the full supply chain from suppliers to the internal warehouse : timing ( to minimize risks of out of stock), transports, customs operations, quality tests inbound, possible complaints to suppliers.
